FAQs

We welcome children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. From babies to preschoolers, every stage is thoughtfully supported to help children grow, learn, and thrive at their own pace.

We’re open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm – with early starts available from 7:30 am for families who need a little extra flexibility.

Starting your journey with us is simple. Just complete our online enquiry form or give our head office a call. From there, we’ll guide you through every step – from arranging your visit to choosing session times that work for your family.

Yes, we ask for a £100 deposit to secure your child’s space. This is then credited to your invoice after your child has been with us for one month.

Yes – and they’re completely free. These sessions are a gentle way for your child to get to know their new environment, key person, and routine before starting fully. We’ll work with you to book the right time.

Each child is matched with a dedicated key person who truly understands them – building a secure relationship, supporting their development, and offering continuity for both child and parent. They’re your trusted point of contact every step of the way.

Our on-site meals and snacks are freshly prepared and nutritionally balanced. Menus change every term to introduce new flavours and encourage a healthy relationship with food – all tailored to meet individual dietary needs and preferences.

We take all dietary needs seriously. Whether due to allergies, religious preferences, or family choices, we work in close partnership with you to ensure your child’s needs are carefully met every day.

To keep everyone healthy and safe, we ask that unwell children remain at home until they’re fully recovered. For specific illnesses, we follow recommended exclusion periods – details of which are available in our health policy.

Strong partnerships with parents are at the heart of what we do. We stay connected through the Famly app, daily feedback at pick-up, and regular parent meetings to share progress and celebrate milestones.

We accept a wide range of government-funded childcare schemes, including 15 and 30 hours for eligible families. Visit Childcare Choices for full details – and we’re happy to help you explore your options.

Our bespoke Future-Ready Curriculum supports each child’s natural curiosity and development through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences. Aligned with the EYFS, it’s carefully sequenced to build lifelong skills with confidence and joy.

Safety is our foundation. From secure premises and robust policies to regular staff training and vigilant safeguarding, we create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves.

Our team is made up of experienced early years professionals, with most holding Level 3 qualifications or higher. We invest in ongoing training and development to ensure the very best care and learning for every child.

We close on Bank Holidays to give our team a well-deserved rest and families time together.
