My name is Angelene and I have over 25 years’ experience working within the Early Years Sector. My main experience has been within Nursery settings where I have run busy, Baby, Toddler and Pre-School rooms. For the past 14 years, I have had Leadership and Management roles including managing a 100 place Ofsted Outstanding Nursery. My experience has enabled me to support, mentor and train staff.I have worked for Little Adventures Nurseries since June 2022. My role is to develop staff training, this is implemented through E-Learning modules, company-wide inset days, in-house training for individual settings and specialist training days at our designated Training Hub.

I have also obtained my First Aid Instructor qualification so I can ensure all our staff are paediatric first aid trained and confident to administer first aid.

My role also includes visiting each nursery at least bi-annually to complete Quality Audits against our company policies and values as well as the Ofsted Grade Descriptors. This part of my role is invaluable face-to-face training to our teams as well as giving quality assurance to our families that our nurseries are sustaining the highest quality of care and standards.

My name is Lynne and I am so happy to be joining the team here at Little Adventures in Dudley. I have a long career in catering and love my job. I moved into Nursery settings a little over 6 years ago and have not looked back! I love cooking and providing healthy, nutritious meals for your little ones. From weaning to pre schoolers, I love them all.I am Mum of 3 myself, all grown up now and I have 5 grandchildren ranging from 17 to 3!! They are a massive part of my life. I also love making things, and I am a bit of a gym addict too. I can’t wait to meet you all!

My name is Toni. I have three children, a son and two daughters. We have a pet dog called Bobby who we rescued, since we have had him we realised how well he actually fits right in to our little crazy family. I enjoy going swimming and trying different activities. I thoroughly enjoy my job and am very passionate about the children that I care for.

Hi, my name is Lucy! I am 21 years old and am beginning my level 5 qualification. I have always been around children as my parents are foster careers. I have my own beautiful little boy! I love spending every minute outside of work with him. I love music and watching TV. I can’t wait to meet your little ones and have lots of fun!

Hi, I am Liv the level 3 practitioner in the baby room. I absolutely love my job and the children. I really enjoy being at work and seeing what each day brings. In my spare time I love to spend time with my boyfriend and my family and take my new puppy places.

I am Tyler, a bubbly and creative practitioner that has been working in settings for over a year. I have my Level 2 and am continuing to challenge my learning by starting my level 3!

Hi I am Chloe, I am so excited to be starting my early years career here at Little Adventures. I am usually found supporting your little one with their initial separation at the start of the day. Reassuring and being kind natured come’s naturally to me and why I am a great support for new friends!

My names Rachel, I have been working in Early Years for 12 years. It is my passion and I genuinely love my job. You will always hear me singing, talking and making music in the classroom, corridor and garden! Promoting early vocabulary is my strength and I can’t wait to sing with you!

My journey in early years started around 23 years ago, I always wanted to provide nurture, fun and a safe environment in which children could thrive. I started as an apprentice, then worked my way up through various roles including nurseries, schools, and family support. My focus has and will always be to provide an outstanding environment for children to thrive, feel valued and safe in.

Hi I’m Danie, I have 13 years’ experience working in Early Years from working as an apprentice to becoming a manager of an outstanding nursery. I’ve always felt thankful to work in such a unique and important sector. My focus is to ensure that children gain a quality early education and thrive within a safe and exciting environment.

Hi, I am Manjeet the Deputy Manager here at Dudley. My passion for working within the early years comes from raising my three children who taught me quite a lot over the years. They are grown men now and one thing that really touched my heart was when they said “Mom if you did not raise us the way you did we would not be who we are now”. I am very proud of who they have become and I hope that you will all be able to say the same about your adventurous ones when they join us for their journey, to when they leave us. I have been in the sector for 19 years in numerous roles. I love using my Makaton with the babies and sparking that early communication.

Hi, I’m Teri and I am the Customer Service Supervisor for Little Adventures Nurseries. I joined the team in 2022 and am based at Victoria Park. I am AAT Level 2 qualified and currently working towards my L3 Business Administration qualification.In my spare time, I love to spend time with my husband, two sons and our 2 dogs and we love being outdoors exploring. My eldest was in fact the first child to register with Little Adventures when they opened their first setting in Cheddar.
