Nursery Deputy Manager

Salary: From £30,700 | Full-time, Permanent | Monday to Friday

As Deputy Manager, you’ll:

• Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting
• Be a trusted key holder and step confidently into leadership in the Manager’s absence
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding practice
• Lead on learning and development strategies for children and staff
• Champion our inclusive, outdoor-rich, child-led curriculum
• Build strong, positive relationships with families and the wider community
• Help drive enrolment and build the nursery’s local reputation
• Stay up to date with legislation and be a safeguarding champion across the setting
