Early Years SEN Assistant

Location: Charlton Road, Weston-Super-Mare | Salary: From £12.21 per hour | Part time, Permanent

As an Early Years SEN Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our team, working 1:1 with a child in our Pre School room. You will be creating a warm, engaging and enriching environment where every child feels safe, seen, and inspired to learn.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the learning and development of your key child through meaningful play and planned experiences
• Ensuring your key child feels valued, nurtured and challenged according to their unique interests and needs
• Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of safety and care
• Building strong partnerships with parents and families
• Reflecting on your practice and actively engaging in training and development
