Standard Qualified Entry

Our most common entry route. All you need is a level 3 qualification, relevant experience and a desire to work in early years. This entry route applies to Early Years Educator, Room Manager, Deputy Manager and Nursery Manager positions. 

There is no programme length and job roles will appear on Indeed. You are also able to apply for the Future Leaders programmes at any time once you are working in the company (if now isn't quite the right time for Future Leaders).

Future Leaders Programme

Aimed level 3 qualified early years educators, this programme combines a level 5 early years lead qualification with a leadership qualification and a guaranteed room manager position paying minimum £25,000 upon successful completion of the programme.

The duration of the programme is 2 years and the programme combines the academic learning with specialist coaching and work experience to take your career to the next level.

Graduate Future Leaders + Programme

Aimed at level 6 qualified professionals, this programme propels your career to new heights. We only take the best of the best on this programme, which combines the Early Years Initial Teacher Training (EYITT) qualification with a leadership and management course.

The duration of the programme is 2 years and the programme combines the academic learning with specialist coaching and management work experience. At the end of this two-year programme, you will be offered a senior management position at one of our settings with a minimum salary of £27,500.

Career Changer

Thinking of changing careers into early years, but don't have the qualifications? No problem, we work with you to get you the qualifications whilst also paying the Living Wage whilst you are learning.
